What a key allows

  • 600 requests an hour, per key.
  • Video up to 10 minutes, against 3 on the free tool.
  • As many keys as you want, all reading one balance.
  • The same balance covers the MCP server, so an assistant and your own code share it.

Questions

What counts as a credit?
One minute of audio, rounded up. A 20 second Reel costs one credit. A 3 minute one costs three.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no subscription and no monthly reset. Buy a pack, use it over a year if that is how long it takes.
What happens when I run out?
The API answers 402 with the code INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS and the MCP tools say the same in words. Nothing is charged and nothing is transcribed.
Am I charged for a failed call?
No. Credits come off after the words exist. A private post, a dead link or a timeout costs nothing.
Is the tool on the home page still free?
Yes, and it needs no account. Signing in raises its limits, and credits only apply to the API and the MCP server.
Can I get a refund?
Email us. Anything unspent goes back, and the credits come off your balance.
